Chinese New Year at RICC

To welcome all students back for second semester, and to celebrate the end of Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day, Ms. Foo prepared a special feast for RICC with the assistance of Ms. Kumar, Miss Sue, and several Chinese students.
-Curry chicken
-Beef and celery
-Pork fried rice with shrimp
-Vegetable stir fry
-Beef and broccoli
-Noodles
-Various chocolates and snacks
